Our wastewater treatment plant office will be open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am- 12:00pm. If you are unable to make it within these time frames please call for an appointment. All other Authority offices remain open to the public BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Business will continue to be conducted via telephone, fax or email.
Payments can be left in our convenient drop box located 7811 New Falls Rd 24 hours a day.
Should you have a drainage or water problem please be patient when calling as our operators running the plants will be answering phones.
SEWER LATERAL REPLACEMENTS
The Authority will continue issuing sanitary sewer lateral replacement permits for replacements during the above listed office hours.
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT PERMITS/WAIVERS
A PADEP Certified Operator is required to review and approve ALL applications. This process takes a week to 10 days. When the review is complete, the Applicant will be contacted. A permit application with all required documentation may be dropped off or mailed to our wastewater treatment plant for review. Please ensure all required documentation is attached or it will delay the review as well as the issuing of the permit or waiver.
